KETTLE BELL SWINGS (2pood/1.5pood)
FRONT SQUATS (115#/75#)

    *Note*
    I did this after running 5 miles, which as it turns out is a bad idea. My legs are dead. Also after rounds 10,9,and 8 I realized I had my arms flexed during the Toes to Bars which explains the heaviness in my arms.

    Final Point: It was Awesome!

    I got a 14:37...wasn't sure how this would turn out. Rounds 7 and 6 were really hard to get through mentally. Great job!!!
