Hope it was a great weekend for everyone! WOD for 3/22/10 is as follows:

5 rounds of:

22 Wall Ball
400m run

Sretch/Rest 5 min, then...

55, 44, 33 22, 11 per round of

Sit-ups
Double Unders (Sub 165, 132, 99, 66, 33 singles as needed)

Yes, it is a double day, but hey it's the second day of Spring. WOOHOO!!

  2. Great Job!! I did not fair so well.

    1st WOD 18:30 (tried to keep the 400 around 2 min)

    rested 5 min

    2nd WOD 11:40

    Total 34:40

    Would have loved to get it all in under 30 min, but enjoyed it anyway. DU's are getting a lot better.
