A double day (if you haven't already done one this week) for 3/17/10:

AM

Row 5000 meters Level 5
Complete ring push-ups for each second 19:00
If your under....just do a lot of bragging!

PM

Snatch Max for the day
85% of that Snatch balance x 3 x 3
Clean/Jerk for the day
80% of that Clean/Jerk x 1 x 3

Setting the bar high, of course. Must be all these great athletes I'm around! More power to ya!

    5 Miles at 3 minute miles
    Every second over 15:00 regular push up

    Results: Time-16:44, 104 Push-ups

    Max Snatch at 145 lbs
    Snatch Balance at 125 lbs

    Max Clean/Jerk at 170 lbs
    Clean/jerk at 135 lbs

    *These are pathetic numbers. But I feel good about them because now I can hopefully only improve. These are my two most hated lifts because I can never get the technique down. So, Jeremiah if/when we meet again this is something I would want to really focus on.
